Rockford Fosgate Power T2S2-16 / T2S1-16 is a 15 inch (38 cm) Subwoofer from the Power T2 series. The manufacturer Rockford Fosgate relies on a three-layer fiberglass/aramid honeycomb/fiberglass diaphragm, an aluminum dust cap, and an injection molded foam surround with VAST. The drive unit includes a single layer, edge-wound 100 mm aluminum voice coil, a triple stacked segmented ferrite motor structure, and an integrated aluminum short circuit ring (IDHS) with a ventilated pole piece. Two progressive Nomex centering spiders with integrated connection wires guide the moving assembly. The aluminum die-cast frame features integrated cooling fins and a removable die-cast aluminum cover ring. On the connection side, insulated 8 mm² spring clips are available. The power handling is 2500 watts RMS and 5000 watts maximum, the mounting depth is 266 mm, and the cutout is 382 mm.
