Hifonics Zeus Extreme ZXT10D2 is a 10-inch Subwoofer with a carbon-composite diaphragm and dustcap in a triple sandwich construction, ultra-stiff RSA surround with vertical elements, and triple Nomex spiders. The massive aluminum basket, a triple-magnet drive with 3 x 100 ounces (8.5 kg), a chrome T-plate with pole core drilling, and a blue magnet protector are integrated. In the 25 cm format, a 76 mm voice coil operates with a 58 mm winding height. The voice coil uses pi-CCAR flat wire (aluminum flat wire with copper coating) with BASV former and is heat resistant up to 240 degrees. The linear excursion is +/- 23 mm. The nominal impedance is 2+2 ohms, and the sound pressure level is 86 dB (2.83V/1m). The power is rated at 2500 W RMS and 5000 W Max.
